• Led and performed outsourced IT infrastructure internal audits in assessing mainframe operations, database security, data warehouse, network security, and data transmission, and change management; identified and addressed security gaps in unsupported database versions, untimely application of patches, and generic usage of user IDs and disabled system auditing functions; identified and improved production ticket processing time.

• Performed an accounting software review for a $15M real estate fund resulting in saving client in additional implementation costs of $100K; reviewed Salesforce’s Accounting Seed and Appfolio.

• Developed and implemented a program management office for a multimillion-dollar trust accounting project that was successfully completed on time, on budget, and on scope; developed Grant Thornton’s PMO workbench, which was utilized on various client assignments.

• Assessed and recommended project management and software development best practices based on the CMM framework for a leading trading systems provider.

• Led a resource utilization initiative for the New York consulting practice of up to 60 professionals and provided staff training resulting in higher staff retention and promotions.
